The Board of Directors has established a program to assist members who have little or no credit history to establish a credit record with us.

The goals of the program are to help meet the credit needs of our members, and to help qualify them for credit with other lenders.

Members who are granted loans under the program are also encouraged to establish a regular savings plan to meet those needs which cannot be satisfied by additional loans.

The following are the general guidelines of our First Time Borrower Program:

The Member must provide a complete application.

The Member must have completed at least 2 year on the job for a Teamster employer.

Loan repayment must be made through payroll deduction.

No additional credit advances will be approved until the original loan is repaid under the original loan terms.

Any Member credit history must not be derogatory.

The maximum loan amount is $1,000.00

The maximum repayment term is 12 months.
